Scope and acceptance
These Terms govern access to ASRION and related ASR online services. By creating an account, using ASRION or purchasing ASRION Max, you agree to these Terms and the incorporated Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Subscription & Cancellation terms. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
The service
ASRION provides quantitative-research tools, market-data interfaces, model diagnostics, charting, AI-assisted analysis, research persistence, validation workflows and related functionality. Feature availability can differ between Free and Max and can evolve as the product is improved.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity performed through your account. You must provide accurate account information, use only access rights granted to you and promptly report suspected compromise. ASR may suspend access reasonably necessary to protect users, infrastructure or the service.
Acceptable use
- Do not use ASRION unlawfully, fraudulently or to infringe third-party rights.
- Do not bypass access controls, quotas, subscription gates or security mechanisms.
- Do not introduce malware, perform unauthorised security testing, overload the service or scrape restricted areas.
- Do not upload confidential, personal or licensed data unless you have the right and lawful basis to process it.
- Do not present ASRION outputs as guaranteed investment results or fabricated market observations.
Quantitative research, market data and AI
ASRION is designed for research, education and analytical workflows. It is not a broker and does not promise investment performance. Market observations may originate from third-party providers and can be delayed or unavailable. Models are simplifications, historical tests do not guarantee future outcomes, and AI-generated text or code may contain errors. Users remain responsible for independent validation.
Max subscription and payment
ASRION Max is currently offered at €4.99 per month, recurring until cancelled. The final amount, currency, tax treatment and billing interval are shown before payment confirmation in Stripe Checkout. User content and licences
You retain your rights in research content you lawfully submit. You grant ASR the limited rights needed to host, transmit, process, transform and display that content solely to provide, secure and maintain the requested service. You remain responsible for permissions relating to your datasets, files and other inputs.
Availability, changes and beta features
ASR may maintain, update, replace or discontinue features. Reasonable efforts are made to preserve reliability, but uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed. Experimental, beta or research-grade features may change materially and should not be relied on as production trading infrastructure.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ASR is not liable for losses caused solely by investment decisions, third-party market-data errors, external provider outages, unauthorised user conduct or reliance on unverified model/AI output. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer guarantees.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Free service at any time and may cancel Max as described on the Subscription & Cancellation page. ASR may suspend or terminate access for material breach, abuse, security risk or legal necessity, subject to mandatory rights and any required notice.
Law and disputes
These Terms are governed by French law, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections available in their country of habitual residence. Please contact contact@asr-lab.online first so ASR can attempt to resolve a dispute. The legally required consumer-mediation service must be identified before paid B2C subscriptions are activated.
